At Physio One Physical Therapy, you’re sure to experience our commitment to providing personalized care for pelvic floor conditions.

We pride ourselves on our dedicated approach to patient care, which is modeled after and managed by our parent company, Onondaga Physical Therapy. We are a Medicare Participating Practice, but otherwise out-of-network with all other plans. We offer an affordable and competitive self-payment rate. We are happy to provide a “Superbill” for our patients to seek reimbursement under any applicable out-of-network benefits they may have.

Our experienced and specialized physical therapists are passionate about designing individualized treatment plans that promote healing and recovery, free of the restrictions that in-network insurance coverage often places on them and their patients on the road to recovery. This freedom to treat with only the patient’s needs in mind has enabled us to help thousands of patients improve their quality of life and overall well-being. All the while fostering an environment for our highly specialized therapists to grow clinically, continually improving upon their skills and patient outcomes.

Our Journey: A Commitment to Healing

Physio One Physical Therapy was founded by the owner of Onondaga Physical Therapy, driven by the need to provide a specialized service for Pelvic Floor conditions for the patients whose lives could be impacted by having access to the quality care they need, and to provide a place for top-notch pelvic floor therapists to thrive and grow profesionally. So often, insurance contracts place limitations on providers and patients – dictating the course of treatment and remaining stubborn in contracted reimbursement rates. This combination contributes to provider burnout, challenges to achieving desired patient outcomes that are otherwise possible, and difficulty remaining fair and competitive with therapist wages in such a highly specialized service. This is unfair to you as the patient, and to the therapist working with you. Something had to change.

By founding Physio One Physical Therapy to provide Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation on an out-of-network basis, our patients are able to thrive and achieved their desired outcome. Our experienced team has fostered a supportive environment dedicated to healing, growth and development.
